Adding Data Knowledge

This page serves like a giant drawer archive (Knowledge Base) for the chat robot assistant that mimics your company's manual insights so it can reply intelligently.

How to Fill the Answer Archive

1. Click the text Knowledge Base on the left panel menu row.
2. You will be presented with a table screen titled Basic Books/Knowledge List.
3. Press the (+) / Add Knowledge icon.
4. In the middle of your screen, a white transparent window (Pop-up form) will appear containing columns:
   • Select Type: Whether to upload a PDF File photo or Type Direct Text.
5. If it's a document upload type, you will see a large box with a cloud picture and an upward arrow to place your file.
6. Drag and drop the document from your computer into the cloud picture box, then click the most prominent colored button at the corner of the screen labeled Save Data.
7. Let the screen load spinning for a few moments until its report turns green (Done).
