Sending Mass Messages (Broadcasts)

The Broadcasts page is used to send the same message to many people at once with a single click.

How to Send Bulk Messages

1. Click the Broadcasts menu in the left menu list.
2. You will see a table containing a history of past mass messages. Click the button labeled Create New Message (or New Broadcast).
3. A dialog box or a new page will open. You will see areas to select:
   • Channel: Choose which application logo the message will be sent to (e.g., WhatsApp).
   • Recipients: Select the name of a customer list or group (tag) you want to send the message to.
4. At the bottom of those settings, there is a large white empty box to type Your Message.
5. Once done typing, click the blue Send button at the bottom corner. You can also click the small calendar to Schedule the message to be sent on another day.
6. You can look at the circular progress bar percentage indicating how many messages were successfully sent on the initial Broadcasts screen.
