Workflow Builder

In the Workflow Builder menu, you will be presented with a wide white area (Blank Canvas). You can drag incoming hint boxes and connect lines from one to another.

Drawing Your Flow

1. Click the Workflow Builder menu on the left navigation panel bar.
2. Click the button in the top right corner labeled Create Workflow.
3. Think of this screen as a blank map. On the side of the screen, there is usually a long toolbox box containing colorful cards (such as: "Send Auto Message", "Transfer to CS", or "Wait For").
4. Left Click Mouse on a card then Hold & Drag (Drag and Drop) sticking it to the middle white box of the application.
5. You will see a round dot on the box card. You can Draw a Line from the dot of box A to box B.
6. In the far right corner, click the Play / Publish icon so this automatic running flow turns on and immediately answers new chats today.
