Connecting Omnichannel

The Omnichannel feature helps you read and reply to all messages from social media (such as WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.) through a single screen within this application.

How to View Social Media Chats

  1. Click the Omni-Channel menu from your side menu bar.
  2. Inside the screen, you will see a dropdown menu and tab buttons with logos for WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  3. Click one of the tabs (for example, the tab labeled WhatsApp), and the screen will display a list of messages sent specifically to your company's WhatsApp.
  4. You can immediately reply to them from the message box here. Your reply will automatically reach their WhatsApp application.

(You cannot reply if your company admin has not finished connecting the channels. Ask a technician to complete this part so your social media menu buttons can be clicked).
