Member Access Rights

The Role Permissions menu is designed to restrict which menu doors can be seen by your teammates on their respective screens.

Setting Who Can Access What

  1. Through the left side panel box click Role Permissions.
  2. You can see rank rows like Manager, Admin, and CS.
  3. Click one of the pen drawings (Edit Icon) on that row.
  4. You will see a screen sprinkled with Checkboxes with text like: Messages Door, Contact Page, Finance, etc.
  5. Click (Check / Mark Blue) on whichever boxes you allow them to touch on the screen.
  6. Uncheck to prevent ordinary employees from entering to press the Billing menu. After finishing sorting, select Confirm Save Button.
