Select the Whatsapp Templates menu scrolling down the left bar.
On the screen, there is a list of standard text boxes that have been used by your CS so far.
Click the button labeled Create Template to make a new text card.
You will be asked to choose a category Type (such as Marketing or Authentication).
Type the desired message. You will see another small screen showing a visual preview of the message on a mobile phone to ensure it looks neat when read on a customer's phone.
Click Submit / Sync to the system, and you just need to wait for its status text to turn green to "Approved", then the text will appear in your daily reply dropdown.
