WhatsApp Message Templates

If you use official company WhatsApp, WhatsApp requires you to reply using "Approved Standard Messages (Templates)" if it's been over 24 hours.

Creating a New Standard Text

1. Select the Whatsapp Templates menu scrolling down the left bar.
2. On the screen, there is a list of standard text boxes that have been used by your CS so far.
3. Click the button labeled Create Template to make a new text card.
4. You will be asked to choose a category Type (such as Marketing or Authentication).
5. Type the desired message. You will see another small screen showing a visual preview of the message on a mobile phone to ensure it looks neat when read on a customer's phone.
6. Click Submit / Sync to the system, and you just need to wait for its status text to turn green to "Approved", then the text will appear in your daily reply dropdown.
