Replying to Customer Chats

The Chat and Talk features are used for direct questions and answers with contacts or customers.

Your Chat Screen

When you click the Chat menu from the left list, your screen will split:

1. People List (Left Side): This is a list of customer names or their numbers who are sending messages. Unread messages will have a dot or bold text. Click a customer name to open their conversation.

2. Conversation Window (Middle Section): After you click a profile on the left, this large window will display all the historical conversation threads going downwards.

3. Message Typing Box (Bottom Section): Hover your mouse here to start replying to a message. Once you finish typing, click the Send Button (arrow symbol) to reply.

Starting a New Session

If you want to invite someone to chat first (start a new chat), click the button labeled New Chat.
