Managing Bot Agents

The Channel Agents page is designed similar to a person's profile page who can be assigned to handle one social media contact alone.

Instructions for Interviewing Robot Workers

  1. Hover your mouse and enter the left navigation tab Channel Agents.
  2. If there are no robot employees (Bot Agents) yet, the middle screen appears empty writing "No Agents Yet". Click the button labeled New Agent at the corner.
  3. Have the form filled out:
    • Agent Name: Type a pseudonym for this bot (Example: "Lala Bot").
    • Job Position / Channel (Integration): There will be a drop-down marker for channel selection. Check Instagram or Whatsapp, where "Lala Bot" resides every day.
    • The bottom input box named Important (Prompt): You can arrange long detailed instructions on what should be greeted when welcoming new customers in large text.
  4. Click the Active button to the right of the name so it immediately stands by to respond whenever there is a ringing call/message.
