Dashboard View

After successfully logging in, the first page you see is the Dashboard. This page contains summary boxes displaying performance numbers from your customer chats.

What is on this Screen?

1. Sidebar Menu On the left side of your screen, there is a vertical main menu (such as Chat, Broadcasts, Contacts, Settings, etc.). Click an icon or text in this menu to navigate to another page.

2. Number Boxes (Statistics) In the middle of the screen, you will see several boxes with large numbers. These boxes show how many new messages have arrived or how many active chats are being handled.

3. Profile Button At the top or bottom corner (depending on your screen theme), your initials or a small photo is displayed. If you click it, options will appear to change your profile or Logout.

4. Dark / Light Theme Switcher If you click your profile or the quick settings icon, you can find a sun/moon icon to change the application's base color to a light or dark theme for eye comfort.
